I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. I want you to love your piece, and if for some reason you don't or it doesn't fit your space, please e-mail me right away to arrange a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, I'll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to send back the piece in the original packaging and using the same carrier it was mailed with. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees and your refund will be processed minus the shipping and credit card fees.
You can always contact me for any return question at email@example.com.
No returns will be accepted on international orders; Canada and US only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like commissions and art cards. Abstract art commissions can be exchanged for another piece of existing art in my portfolio. Portrait commissions cannot be returned, simply because there will be back and forth communication regarding the piece and signing off on the final piece by the client. Photos will be provided and any changes will be made before the piece is signed off on and shipped.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
